Very happy with the cap
Very happy with the cap, which will be a Christmas gift for my husband. Delivery took a while and the box was compromised. There was just the cap in a box with the top tapped seam open. No product info or wrapping were in the box. Hoping my husband like it.

Customer Service
Orders got confused, but Liftdown stepped up - not only got them right, but compensated me with free hats and a discount on all the hats I bought. The director of operations got involved and communicated with me directly. This is a stand-up company with stand-up people.

Delivery came on time
Delivery came on time. Thought the material the hat was made of was a little on the light side

Color was lighter
The hat was very nice but color was different than it appeared on website! It is a light lavender and looked like a darker lavender/purple.

I looooove my new wool cap
I looooove my new wool cap, but would give it a full 5 stars if I could get it in an XL. I hope I'm not a one woman campaign for seeing this happen! :) Loving the XL sizing! Thank you!

The hat works.
The hat works - fits on my head and everything. The repeated requests for a review make me think you're not sure the product works as designed. If you're not sure, include quality control measures in your production process, then you won't need to pester customers to find out.
