One of the four hats interior cardboard was damaged because of the packing.

Just ok
Just ok, cap material good, but the sides kinda push out giving a look I don’t care for

Great product, poor delivery
Great product, slow and poor delivery. My package was left out in the rain.

I was happy with the overall shopping…
I was happy with the overall shopping experience, however several of the hats I received have exhibited some quality defects.

poor quality control
Construction of the hats is surprisingly poor - on both I purchased, the bill is off center. It makes me feel as though they don’t have sufficient quality control.

Fine
Shipping products took a while longer than I'd expected, but it arrived okay in the end. They're fine as a product, I wouldn't describe the hat I received as high quality, there were a few missed stitches and the fabric on the peak has some wrinkles in it as it wraps around which it's possible to stretch out, though I have tried. I do appreciate that they're unbranded, but I do feel like the product itself is being produced cheaply in China, bought in bulk, and sold on for a fairly sizeable profit rather than there being anything particularly special about them

Service and Products Expensive/Marginal Quality
After you make a purchase the website tries to "entice" you into buying something else. I thought I was clicking on a product to look at it, but NO, the website just added it to my order.... seems very underhanded to me. I had to make multiple requests for this issue to be resolved properly. Products are expensive. I've found other sites where I can get hats w/o logos for FAR less $$.
