Shipping Error
Why don’t you just mail ALL your products via United States Postal Service? Why would you send your products out UPS just to have UPS bring the package to the United States Postal Service for them to deliver? Valuable time and extra expense is being wasted on your part for this shipping SNAFU. Please use the Postal Service.

Large and inconsistent sizes
I bought 2 of the same hat in different colors. One was too big and the other one was way too big. They seem well made, but there's no way you could rely on getting what you want.

Nice hat, just don't try to return it.
Good looking, well made hats. I wanted to return one for a refund because of a flaw. You have to email them and ask for permission for any returns. They insisted on sending a new hat instead of issuing a refund. Customer service and return policy are ridiculous.
