Hi Matt, Just to clarify — we don’t dropship any products. Every hat we sell is our own, made in partnership with our long-time manufacturing team. We’ve been offering the same caps for years and stand by their quality. In the past, we shipped all orders from the U.S., but international customers were paying more for shipping and customs than for the product itself. To make things more affordable, we now fulfill international orders from a center near our manufacturer. It’s the exact same product — same materials, same specs — just with more reasonable shipping costs. If something about your order didn’t meet expectations, we’re happy to look into it. But it’s important to be accurate — this isn’t a dropship operation, and we take our reputation seriously. - Tarrik

Hi there, Thanks for your order and feedback. We’re based in Brooklyn, New York, where we design and run Lift Down. To offer affordable shipping to our international customers, we ship orders in Europe and Australia from a fulfillment provider near our manufacturer. This allows us to provide free shipping on orders over $40, and just $5 shipping on smaller orders—much lower than the $25–$40 it would cost to ship from the U.S. This setup helps us keep costs down without compromising quality. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out directly. - Tarrik

Hi, We take all feedback seriously and always want our customers to be happy with their purchase. However, we weren’t able to find any order under your name or any details that match what you’ve described. If you did place an order with us, we’d be happy to look into it—just reach out with your order number. We understand that people have strong opinions online, but reviews should reflect real experiences. We work hard to provide quality products and a positive customer experience, and we ask that reviews remain honest and constructive. - Lift Down Team

Hi Danny, Thanks for your feedback. At Lift Down, we invest in paying fair wages and working with skilled teams to ensure our products are made to a high standard. Every cap is individually inspected before it ships — we're not cutting corners to make the cheapest product out there. As for the 10-day shipping to the UK, that’s standard for international orders If the cap you received has misaligned stitching, that’s not typical of our quality standards — feel free to send us photos and we’ll take a closer look. But if you were simply looking for the cheapest possible option, we’re probably not the right brand. - Tarrik

Hi there, Sorry to hear about the delay with your order. We typically ship all orders within 2 business days, so waiting more than 2–3 business days for shipment does sound unusual. It’s possible there was a technical issue with the tracking updates. Please reach out to us at [email protected] and we’ll assist you right away. - Tarrik

Hi Dave, We work with major U.S. carriers, including USPS, FedEx, and UPS. After noticing your Facebook comment about the fit of your hat purchased over 18 months ago, we offered to send you a newly released size. We shipped to your address twice, and both deliveries were marked as completed. We also offered to reship a third time to a different address and are currently awaiting the updated shipping details to send your free cap. We take shipping very seriously and are actively investigating how these two shipments may have gone missing. - Tarrik
