This review is a follow up a review I did several days ago where I gave the company a mediocre review based on the fact that the company had items on their website that they did not have in stock. It was a surprise that someone actually followed up on my comment and got the order filled quickly and provided me with an additional gift for not having the item in stock. The quality of the product has always been good and I have ordered hats several times before with no problems. Good to see customer service step up.

If you're reading this, and you've rolled the dice on ads for caps that promised “this is the perfect fit,” I hear you -- I've been you. More than once. Lift Down was one of those dice-rolls. I saw an advertisement on Instagram and checked out the website. I thought: "good colors, no logo, photos all look good...why not...." I took advantage of the 'buy three, get one free' deal. I ordered the Classic Caps. When my order arrived, I opened the package, I put on one of the caps and it was as if I had been wearing it for a year. It fit exactly right: no weird bumps, no ears poking out, no too-high crown. It was Exactly. Right. It looks worn, but at the same time new. It’s the kind of hat that gets noticed but not noticed. Worth the dice roll, for sure. I have a larger-than-average sized head: I ordered the 'regular' size cap. I only had to make a minimal adjustment on two of the hats to make them fit the way I wanted. I'm going to wear the hell out of these. It’s going to take a major effort for me not to order a bunch of other colors of the Classic Caps out of fear that I might not be able to find them one day. Thanks for getting it right.
