this is a perfect ball cap. Please don't wear this one backwards.

Lift Down caps are very well made and are comfortable to wear. There is plenty of room for adjustment in the strap. The Classic Cap is truly a classic look, with a variety of colors to choose from. I had a slight issue with an order and their customer service team responded very quickly and professionally, resolving the issue much to my satisfaction. I highly recommend these caps.

Customer service is great. The product itself did not work out unfortunately but I always support businesses that solve niche problems. I'm pleased that a refund option was available while keeping the hats, now I can feel good about donating the hats to another fellow melon-head or to someone else in need. Thank you and looking forward to purchasing more hats in the future.

I mistakenly hit "pay now " when I wasn't ready to order yet. I immediately emailed the company they were very quick to respond and canceled the order for me with no issues at all.

Besides the fact that my brother loves his hat, the customer service department was fabulous. The company contacted me to say that they hadn't heard from me, and wanted to be sure that my present had gotten to the recipient. I checked with my brother, and it hadn't. A long series of miscommunications ensued, ALL on my end, and the customer service department responded to each one to double check the information, which I finally got correct, and the hat was on its way. The difficulty was all from me, and they never once just let it go, but continued to make sure they had everything. I would recommend this company, that obviously cares about the quality of their hats, but also cares about the people who are receiving or giving them.

Not only are their hats great but they have great customer service as well. I now have six Lift Down hats and enjoy them all! I highly recommend this company.
