Great service great food my concierge Jeremy Dias always on top of her game with service

Its been a while since i went to Dominican Republic and i am glad i was able to go for my very first vacation in a while!. I've been a member of their LHVC since 2021 and i can really tell the difference with the service and how much it has grow. One of the best memories i have is with Luis Felipe, he really was a big help to make this stay the best i've ever had. From the morning calls to make sure all my dinner reservations are made on time and also helping me with my spanish! Mucha gracia Lipe and LHVC familia!

We love this place and even more so the people!! We started coming here close to 20 years ago - the accommodations- food - drinks and most especially the great parties complete with singing and dancing and fire shows is First Class!!! Everyone from the reception to the maintenance workers makes us feel welcome and we always get the best concierges to look after us like Jermy Diaz and all the rest - Top Notch!!! We can’t wait to go back again 🥰

The people gave us an excellent service, they were very attentive, specially a person: Miss Jermy Díaz. We shared with a group of married people from the Puerto Plata's Shaddai Church on February 20 and she gave us all the alternatives to make our meeting spectacular, we bless her life and your life, thanks a lot.

Lately lifestyle is getting cheap cheaper and cheap cheaper every yea It is less for the money that we pay for Service, it’s great In the reality, I will never do that again. I will never purchase my ownership there. I have to to upgrade to be in the same level that they pay originally. It was a lot of empty promises that I supposed to get it and I never received it People that we work with are awesome But ownership are fortunately is not the same We pay too much money for the things that not exist anymore -harmony that was heart of the lifestyle But I looked about lifestyle Is the people that I work with People that make my stay there convenient It’s a lot of good people that you guys have there like Junior is one of the best and I greatly appreciate this guy because I know he’s putting his heart into it Thank you very much I guess I’m stuck with you guys
