Jermy Diaz was very helpful. Since we arrived late afternoon, she had our golf cart ready so we didn't have to wait until the next day to get it. She was very responsive on all our request. Food at all the restaurants was fabulous.

We’ve been members for many years now. We love visiting every year!

Jeremy Diaz She has set the bar where all concierge Should be.

Jermy Diaz is an amazing concierge! Things have a way of turning into chaos when on vacation, but that's ok because the stress is not on me. Jermy figures out all the glitches and really makes my holiday as stress free as possible. It's so nice to come to the resort and let go of all the responsibilities. If I need anything I call Jermy or leave her a note. It's always handled. She is amazing!

Jermy Diaz!!! She was the absolute best! Professional, friendly, accommodating, and fun! She planned and executed everything perfectly. My stay was 12/16/2025 until 12/26/2025.
