I bought a LLVC membership for £300 at Al Hatoor hotel in Dubai, when I visited in July 2025 and I wanted to use the hotel to book my return visit this year. I have written several email to book a hotel with no reply. I even tried to telephone the Dubai number advertised on their website, with the message, out of service. I do not how to book any of their hotels in Dubai. Please share any information if this is still possible or not.

As a former employee, I believed in the concept. Later I found out that LLVC is more of a broker for benefits given by The Registry $299, RCI $99, II $99, and InTravel $99. Anybody can pay the respective fees themselves to gain the discount benefits without LLVC. The huge membership fees are for the core properties in DR, Mex, and Dubai. Goldwyn in the Bahamas is only 20% off. All are mandatory all inclusive except Goldwynn, so the low rates quoted do not apply. If you're truly interested purchase the junior suite trial for $3K and ask for access to a 1 bdrm with two weeks anywhere around the world.

I was approached with my family at Dubai Airport and misled into believing that I had been selected for a promotional offer associated with Hilton. Based on those representations, we were invited to attend a presentation at the company's offices, where we were subjected to intense, misleading, and highly coercive sales tactics. The entire experience completely ruined our holiday in Dubai. Cancelling the agreement was an exhausting ordeal, but fortunately I was able to recover approximately 80% of the money through an American Express chargeback complaint. I strongly encourage anyone who has been subjected to this company's unethical and potentially unlawful sales practices to file formal complaints with the relevant authorities: • Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (Tourism Disputes): tourismdisputes @dubaitourism.ae • Dubai Airports, for allowing these representatives to operate within airport facilities and approach tourists with misleading offers designed to lure them into high-pressure sales environments: customer.care @dubaiairports.ae • Hilton Hotels, for allowing this company to use Hilton-branded premises, the Hilton name, and Hilton-associated representations in a manner that may mislead tourists into believing the promotion is endorsed by Hilton: ecr @hilton.com No family on holiday should have to endure the level of pressure, misrepresentation, and distress that we experienced.

My family and I went there for Christmas and everything was amazing, staff were friendly and kind to us offering us help and support. I definitely recommend it if you want to have a relaxing and enjoyable vacation with your family!

Overall experience was great. The staff was very attentive to our needs. Going forward, it would be nice to see a night club were the adults can do some dancing.

Always have a great time at the resort, on this trip the consierge that stood out was Junior Dominquez, always looking to please

We had an amazing vacation 4/25-5/9 at LHVC. We had Junior Dominguez for our Concierge during our stay. All our dinner and lunch reservations were promptly booked. The few problems that did arise were promptly resolved. We have requested Junior for years as our representative at lifestyles. Can wait to go back in October.
