A lady named Kelly from customer service help me over the phone. It was a very pleasant experience and she was able to help me out with the most professional approach still while keeping a friendly conversation. Good job Kelly!

I will NEVER purchase a Lifeproof case EVER again. My daughter dropped her phone about 1 ft off her leg and it shattered the front and back of her IPhone8 plus. She had insurance on her phone BUT still cost me $198.00 for a deductible to get her a new phone. I called your customer service department on 10-28-2019 about 5:30 EST and the lady whom I spoke to told me that there was NOTHING she could do for me since the phone case was not damaged. I am VERY dissatisfied with your company and I will never purchase any products from you again. So I went and purchased her an Otterbox Defender case yesterday at least THEY stand behind their products.

Lifeproof cases used to be great. I dropped my iPhone 6 from the 7th floor balcony onto concrete, destroyed the case but phone was fine. Now I have paid $115 for a Lifeproof for my new iPhone and it is crap. After four months The film over the camera lenses is so scratched and marked that I have to remove the case to take a photo. Why Lifeproof? Since I didn’t buy it directly from Lifeproof (I’m in Indonesia) there is no warranty so I’m out of luck and they won’t even return my correspondence. Guess it’s back to searching for a good, drop-resistant case. Don’t waste your money.

Bought a life proof case as it advertises, that you can drop it from 2 meters.....drop mine from under 1 metre and now my phone is smashed. Life proof say sorry we can replace your case if you like:-( We have to pay for the repairs after emailing them. WILL NOT BE BUYING IT AGAIN AND WILL BE NOT RECOMMENDING THEM

I bought The iPhone 7 Pro Max it first came out along with the light proof case. I’m not even sure which light proof model I have but it is waterproof and I have dropped it from 8 feet without any problems at all. I didn’t open the case to look but the phone was fine when I picked it up. It’s worn some the exterior corners have worn down to the plastic. After reading the reviews I’m not sure if I will buy another light proof but I like the one I have now. In the past I had an OtterBox and it worked very well. This is the most expensive lite proof Case and it’s worked well for me it as well

They sent me a case for an iPhone 11 pro Max when I’d ordered the 11 pro case. I sent for return, but postage cost £9 and they would not reimburse me for postage. Terrible service and bad customer experience. Also, the case was a “flip style” and the flip did not snuggly fit, it was off centre.
