The representative was very personable and knowledgeable about the program, presented all of the information in a clear to understand way. I felt comfortable and confident in my decision based on speaking with the representative.

My consultant Chultzy was just amazing. I was super skeptical but after a few minutes talking with her I felt relieved. She made me feel relaxed & comfortable & we laughed a lot. I'm glad I'll be going on my journey with her!!

I don’t feel that my needs have been taken care of or addressed recently. My weight has been at a plateau and I have requested appointments for this. I need my insurance reassessed. I need my authorization (PA) completed. I missed the last two refills of my prescription and had to remind them in the app. I’m just disappointed, not only in my progress, but in the diligence of LifeMD

Customer service is a mess, talk to 3 different people get 3 different answers. Shipping is fast, but seemingly noone there can give you a straight answer on pricing

Customer service and the website were not useful. Time to get prescriptions originally filled and then refilled aweful.

Getting shots on time!!

Received a call from an angel, Ms. Ursula C. who provided information on the program and listened effectively while sharing her experience and challenges with her health. I know that's not a comfortable topic people would willing share. However, she heard the frustration in my voice as I spoke about my challenges and was very encouraging. Great customer service!

I called over 3 months ago to try and get an appointment. Their site kept crashing, spent about an hour trying to get through that way. Then called and called. I never got an appointment. I was promised an appointment but never got it. And a month later I see that they charge my debit card for a service I did not get. I sent them an email. To add insult to injury. They also help themselves to a subscription fee which I did not authorize as well. Till this day I am continually getting emails from them stating I don't have to do nothing. They will just take the money automatically out of my account. So I had to shut my account down, and continue to get these emails. They will not refund my money as promised on the phone. For an appointment I never got, I have spent hours trying to get a refund from. I have reported this doctor to the board. And will continue to do this
