Credit card cannot be removed from account, ever! Can't cancel membership that i didn't sign up for. No notice beforehand that meds will ship. Customer service says they will refund but never happens.

I just joined and have not started the program yet, but the initial onboarding with Chultzy was wonderful. She was so helpful, friendly, and informative. She made all the difference in which plan to choose. The biggest draw for me was real Wegovy, not a compounded product.

Ms Jessica Staci was so incredibly wonderful, so patient, explained everything so well, walked me through how to use the Lifemd app, told me what to expect , what needed to do for my appointment and even reassured me of my success and shared about her own great experience. She is the complete package give her a raise she is a keeper . I love that they are helping me get my meds that I need, but the response time is really slow. I also don't love that I cant send a message unless my account is caught up, but it can take 2-3 days after the payment is made to update, so you are left wondering. **Edit. They have contacted me to tell me that they are working on it, however I cannot respond due to the error and still have no confirmation that my prescription has been sent to my pharmacy.
