I have received a reply to my questions and received my order since submitting my initial review. Response is very slow but is progressing.

Very misleading! Ad starts out with “get ozempic for weight loss.” Then you answer questions and are asked what supply option you would like and pay for it… thinking you’re paying for your ozempic prescription because it’s super expensive. Then later in the process you find out all that money was just for a subscription to LifeMD and you still have to buy your Ozempic prescription. Wasted time and money! I want a refund but can not get an answer and I’ve only been signed up for 10 hours and not used any of the services.

I've been using LifeMD shampoo & conditioner for 2 years now & the product is great! It's helped thicken my hair. Sheila Branche helped me quite a bit with my order as well! She is great!

For full transparency this is a revised rating. I had originally issued a poor rating due to communication problems connecting with the company to resolve my issue. However, upon finally communicating with the company I understand what occurred and that they are an organization that does care. My concern eventually reached the C-suite of management who personally reached out to me over the weekend. Imagine the COO of a publicly traded company personally reaching out to you over a weekend to help you resolve an issue - that's a really high standard of governance - well beyond what most companies would do and speaks volumes about LifeMD.

Great start to my journey. The nurse I spoke with at my first meeting was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. She made the entire process clear and straightforward. I am very happy with the experience so far.

I've had a wonderful experience with LifeMD. I have ignored my health concerns for the last few years due to the difficulty of seeing a provider, and a knowledgeable one at that.. I was referred to Dr. Culpepper by a friend and he has been nothing short of amazing. I finally have answers to why I have been feeling the way I have been for the last couple of years and I am so grateful he has taken the time to be so thorough and informative. He's empathetic and so very positive and nice. I'm on the road to healing and am truly so grateful for this doctor and LifeMD.

I started using LifeMD in July. I recently was experiencing a communication issue and wrote them an email with my concern. The CEO of the company called me personally. What a breath of fresh air to deal with a company that truly cares about their clients. I had been satisfied since day one until what I considered a minor issue arose. That issue was completely resolved by the CEO immediately. This is a great company to work with!

So I’m updating my review as after leaving a scathing review of my experience before the COO contacted me and profusely apologized for the experience I had. Promising to make it right and fully refunded my money plus sincerely offering his assistance at zero cost to me. I’m extremely impressed and very happy to find out that this is a legit company and service that does stand by their word and what they do. I just think there’s some issues with the app and phone lines as to why I wasn’t able to make contact until writing a review on trust pilot. Mistakes happen and there seems to be a lot of growing pains since this industry and service is in such high demand. I wish they could have helped me but since I live in California it’s not possible at this time. Brad is trying to help me even still through his connections and knowledge. He seems very sincere about his desire to help people as he was helped. I appreciate this redeeming customer service experience from the bottom of my heart. Hopefully the communication chain can be improved for future customers. All and all I can now verify that this is a legit company and service.
