FNP Nichole was very friendly…
FNP Nichole was very friendly accommodating. I was not aware of the heavy cost of terzepatide which is 3x more expensive than semaglutide. She made that clear from the outset. I did not read the fine print that LifeMD subscription was a cost in addition to the medication. I believed I had read the information fairly well, but this was not clearly advertised, and I feel this is a little sneaky. If Life MD would like to have 5 stars, then I would suggest they make this a little clearer before I give them my credit card number.

On the other hand, we are very sorry to hear there was some confusion about the cost. We try and make it very clear by having it shown multiple times before checkout that the medication cost is not included. We certainly want everyone who uses our service to have a 5-star experience and we are sorry to have fallen short here. Phyllis was a breath of fresh air. She listened to my issue and then went above and beyond the call of duty to help me figure out what was going on with my account. She then said she would call me back and she did exactly that. She assured me if I was charged a fee that she would make sure it was resolved. I was thoroughly satisfied with everything she did on my behalf. She's a keeper!

better than my primary…
Dr Asunta is better than my primary doctor. Not only just focusing on the medication but going thru my medical record and provide suggestion on what other things related to my health that I should be aware of. She had made me feel comfortable talking to her with my concern without getting the feeling of being judge.
