The app is very user friendly, and easy appointments however, pricing is misleading. I signed up for 3 months after reaching out and asking if the medication was included - the verbiage used is not clear, and was informed I would get an rx if approved for GLP-1. I was approved and thought they assist with insurance, I assumed I could start on a compound while I wait, however, that is a complete different price. Very misleading, canceling immediately.

This means our insurance assistance team will work with your insurance provider to determine if you are covered for GLP-1 medications.
