The communication with this company is AWFUL!! There is no consistency at all. You never know when your medication will arrive or be ordered by your physician. I have had to call every month sometimes several times in a month to ask about my account. I was told I would be getting a month FREE because of this and then the full $299 was charged to my account then I was told they couldn't do a free month but could offer me a month for $99. I was told this morning that would not be the case now it's going to be at a discount but was still going to cost $179. The math ain't mathing!! The app is worthless as well. It takes forever to update! This will be my last month with this company and I would not recommend to anyone!
