We are very sorry to hear about your disappointing experience with LifeMD. We take all feedback seriously and strive to provide high-quality care to every patient. We understand your frustration regarding the sleep medication Ramelteon. Everyone can respond differently to medications, and we are sorry it did not provide the relief you were hoping for. Our medical providers carefully evaluate each patient's needs before prescribing, but we recognize treatments don't always work as intended. Regarding the auto-refill concern, this feature is designed for patient convenience but we do understand not everyone would like to be on a recurring subscription so we allow members to adjust their membership accordingly and at any time. Reviewing your account, we see that your membership has been canceled. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and will use it to enhance our services.
