Cancelling was easy when you call. Handled at the time and no pressure. Do not email or go through chat. Just call. The rest doesn’t get you anywhere.

Both Jasmine and Melody were incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. They were able to resolve my issue quickly and effectively. I know customer service can be tough and it's usually not a pleasant experience but they were both so amazing.
