It is stated during the sign-up process online that patients will be enrolled in a recurring membership; however, we do understand that details like this can often get overlooked and we are sorry to hear that this may have been the case. Reviewing your account, your membership has been canceled so moving forward, you will no longer be billed or shipped refills of your prescription unless requested. We value your feedback and use it to improve our services. If there is anything else we can assist you with, please let us know!
