Rude representative would not help with error
I've been using service for a year. When I called to change my account to be billed monthly, it was made to look like I was new. The same nurse who had increased me to 40u with previous refill, sent me intro msg explaining that I would start at 25 and be titrated up. When I called to explain the error the first person I spoke with would not help, she did not seem to grasp the issue and rudely repeated multiple times that i would need an appt with provider to fix the problem, so I asked to speak with someone else. She put me on hold and never returned. Finally I hung up and called back. The next person was helpful and polite.
