Life MD - Never Received RX
My experience with LifeMD has been very disappointing. I joined the service, and they processed my payment on March 9th, 2025. However, I have never received my medication. I have spoken to many representatives who assured me it would be delivered within 14 days of being sent to the pharmacy. However, it has even been processed by the pharmacy for them to 14 days. I have requested a refund, but their website indicates that it may take up to 30 days, further delaying my goals. WOW, do not waste your time with them.

Outstanding customer service
I spoke to a Katherine, a customer service representative, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the process I was considering. After speaking to her, I felt more than comfortable in going forward. I later spoke to Ke’Asia, who was also very helpful and took the time to help me create my profile and account. Thank you!
