LifeMd made my weight loss journey easy. I joined LIfeMd in January 2024. I started on Ozempic which did not work for me at all. The side effects were severe (constipation, droopy face, muscle loss). I called the Nurse Practitioner to discuss the issues and solutions. We changed the medication to Zepbound - which was a very good match and direction for me. Zepbound was a miracle drug for me, as I didn't experience any major side effects. The support and conversations with the medical team were encouraging, they were knowledgeable and professional. Also, the weight loss was at my pace. If I felt the weight dropping too quickly, we either lowered the dosage or changed the shots to bi-weekly. I meet my goal on my own terms - I lost 65 pounds and I am happy with the results

Some questionable billing practices have gone on especially when you reach goal and then are on maintenance. I’m being charged now nearly triple from what I was over the summer and since January. Even on the months without medication, they are billing me triple. I questioned them about fraudulent billing practices and a supervisor responded with a nice little prescripted song and dance. May be switching to another company for maintenance as I don’t want to be their rotating ATM.
