I was injecting the wrong amount, 5 instead of 50 units. I asked a couple of times for help or clarification. A waste of money.

Good customer service, knowledgeable doctors, telehealth visits are too short. Find a way to make a visit last longer than 3 or 4 minutes, it is nice to feel were getting more value for 150 dollars. Otherwise great.

After the initial stumbles with my on boarding NP (he did not give all the information and made an inappropriate comment to me) it went well!! The hold times for phone calls was crazy! But once you got somebody on the phone, they were wonderful! I cannot say enough about Haley my NP that I had take over my care, she was wonderful!!!

Terrible company. Signed up with some mental health concerns only to have my money taken instantly without anyone reaching out for two weeks. I had to call and be put on hold, three times before I could finally schedule an appointment( which never happened) I canceled my membership only to be charged for another month. Never received a single thing from this company and was charged over $70. Proceed with caution
