Horrible Experience
I had a very disappointing experience with LifeMD and their GLP‑1 program. You’re required to pay for a consultation upfront, and that consultatin is non‑refundable—no matter what happens afterward. During the consultation and on their website, they advertise the initial medication dose as $199. However, I was charged $349 without any notice or confirmation. The charge was simply applied to my card. When I reached out to request a refund for both the consultation and the medication—given that the pricing was not what was advertised—I was told that the consultation was non-refundable. Had they been transparent about the actual cost, I never would have agreed to move forward. On top of that, you pay a monthly membership fee, yet it takes them days to respond to even basic inquiries. For a service you’re actively paying for, the lack of communication is unacceptable. It’s clear why they push you to sign up online and pay upfront. Overall, I paid for a consultation and ended up with nothing but frustration. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
