We have enjoyed the staff and services provided by Life Ionizer. We think his one of the best investments for health.

I have been waiting over 5 months for a full house water system plus an under the counter ionizer. I paid $5000 over the phone to Thai. Without so much as an invoice he charged my card. I waited for updates, nothing. I called a few weeks later to ask if I would get an invoice or receipt. Tania tells me Thai the salesman never even bothered to place my order after charging me. She then looks everything up and places the order. I then get an email from someone else with my invoice and installation instruction when I paid extra for a plumber to install it. Thai salesman spoke to me that one time on the phone to take my money then never again, not even a returned phone call after leaving him a message. I called the office and some guy claims my order has been ready for install and gives me the plumbers info. This plumber lives and works over 4 hours away. They told me it would be a local plumber, but aside from that the plumber asks if I received my products yet. I said I thought they shipped them to you?? I dont have a damn thing from them. It's now been over a month since contacting the plumber, and nothing. No ship date no tracking number, no product, no install date. I am filing a claim with my bank to get my $5000 back for failure of service and never delivering my order. I tried to be patient due to COVID, but after reading other reviews of the same crappy customer service and people not getting items they order I am officially over it. Waiting over 5 mo this for an update and over 1 month working with the plumber via text messaging I am now done with this company. I do not recommend.

we have been using the m9 Next Gen for over 6 years and not only saved on bottled water and all that plastic but we have been drinking the cleanest tastiest water ever.

M11X 2017 Waiting for a response from technical support to see how they will handle the problem with a leak from what appears to be a hairline crack located where the tubing connects under the machine which started last year. Took the suggestion to cut off 1/2” of the tube and reinsert it but still leaks. The water produced by this machine still rates 5 ⭐️’s... Now hoping the service will stand behind the product. Will follow up with an update.

Quick to take your money but slow to rectify any issues you may have with your expensive ionizer. My experience with this company has been bad from the start but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I bought an MXL-9 water ionizer in 2019. The machine took several months to deliver. I was only able to use the machine for 3 months before being sent in for repair to the, at the time, Australian representative. The machine was sent in September 2019. It is now July 2020, nothing has been done to rectify my issue after countless emails and communications with numerous staff at this company. After promises of being sent a replacement machine, there was no follow up for over a month. Stay away if you value your time and money. Do not consider this sham and look elsewhere for your water needs.

I really enjoy our Life Ionizer and I have to say I am the kind of person to do research and I have found out life ionizer is the one for my family and I am very pleased with our life Ionizer and recommend it for your family.

We bought a life ionizer for ourselves and another for our daughter. I have a skin condition called granuloma anulare which leaves my skin very bumpy and red, and have had many treatments for it which really never helped. I've had cortisone injections, ultra UV treatments to name a few with no positive results. After we bought the unit and started drinking the water (as well as spraying it on my affected areas, I found that the bumpiness and redness started to fade. I have strong hopes that in time, I will be free of this condition (which I have had for over 20 years). I also have found that the acid indigestion that I've had forever, is now just a bad memory. No more antacids and no more heartburn. I would highly recommend an ionizer to anyone suffering from skin conditions and heartburn. PS: our coffee also tastes a lot better than it used to taste.
