Best customer service, best alkaline water machines.

Bought a M11 Next Generation Ionizer from Life ionizers approx 5 years ago. Works great except now it is very hard to get filters from them. You have to wait months to receive them.They have lots of excuses for the issue but never solve it. I would never have bought one had I known the replacement filters were so hard to get. It has been over 2 months since we ordered them and per the phone call today to them they have no idea when they will be shipping the new filters to us. How does a company stay in business when they are unable to supply replacement parts to current customers?. Tired of the same lame excuses. I guess I will look elsewhere online for brand X replacement filters, what choice do I have?. Sooo sorry we ever purchased this unit!

I love my ionizer M13 New Generation. However, i ordered replacement filters 2 months ago at the cost of $150 dollars. To date i have not received my filters. I called several times and each time i am told i will have them in a week. Still , no filters. When you buy a machine from Life ionizers, you are dependent on them for replacement filters. Last call i made ended up by the service person telling me i can cancel my order. Really? When i said I cannot use the machine without filters and it was way too expensive to just forget about it, the service person basically hung up on me. So now i am not able to use a $3,000 ionizer.

Worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. As a customer of 9 years their sales service have been so poor. Explain to me why anyone should have to wait over 8 weeks and still counting for my filters to be delivered. And then they don't even send you an order confirmation, charge your credit card and say that they don't have an order from you. I've had such struggles ordering my filter replacement the last 2 years it's ridiculous that a customer have to go through this after investing so much in an ionizer. Save yourself the headache and order from a different company who can provide proper customer service.

We bought the MXL-11 Life Ionizers machine in 2018 after reading a lot about the benefits of drinking and using alkaline water. I must say that it is the best investment we made for our health. I had problem with my skin,now my skin is nice again. We are very happy with the investment we made and highly recommend it. As we live in the Caribbean, we must order the filters timely for replacing. We replace the filters twice a year. With the friendly and helpful staff all filters arrive in good order.

We bought the MXL-11 alkaline water ionizer and my family loves it. The water tastes so clean! It did take 4 months for it to arrive in the mail. It was well worth the wait though!

My name is Joanne Appleton. I have been using Life Ionizer for the past 8 years and I love it. I recently upgraded to the MXL-15 and I also love it even more. It is easy to set up and the water is truly refreshing. I will not drink any other water. It took quite a while to come (with the COVID-19 crisis) but thanks to Paul, who guided me thru the wait period with updates of the arrival, it is finally here. He was extremely helpful. It was easy to set up and I am loving it. I was supposed to trade in my older model but Paul made is affordable for me to buy back the older model so that I could give it to my daughter. Now I don't have to worry about her coming over with bottles to fill up because she has her own.
