This product is nothing short from amazing! The water is so tasty and i could never go back to bottled water again. I highly recommend it for whoever may be looking to get one!

They have not refunded my return as repeatedly promised despite delivery confirmation of the MXL unit and I have had to go through my bank to dispute the fraudulent charge. Alarming. Update (November 22 2020): Must use a third party site like trustpilot to get any kind of meaningful response from AWI after purchasing their product and even then they’ll do nothing but drag their feet and offer incredible excuses. Avoid life ionizer, try Greenfield water or Kangen water or perhaps any other company for honest business and prompt, quality service. If you buy from this company you will overpay, wait months for product to arrive, and may get ripped off in the end or even robbed as in my case.

I have owned my first Life Ionizer for more than 6 years now and I love the alkaline water I am getting till to date. I bought the Next Generation M11 in 2014 for my medical condition. I was ongoing treatment that time for chemotherapy for my cancer and I was getting worse acid on my stomach. I did a lot of research to help me for my acid that even the medication can’t control. I found that Alkaline water would help me and it was very proven that this machine works. Since then, I do not have any problem and I was drinking only 8.5PH weekday and 9.0PH weekend. It has been the best investment that I have ever made! Now, I decided to upgrade my unit to MXL-15 investing more for my health. I was getting a very good deal from Mr. Thai to trade-in my old unit and get the MXL15. Mr, Thai was very considerate and easy to talk with. I really excited to receive my new machine and will be shipped within 6 weeks from now. Mr. Thai is the same person that helped me buying my first Life Ionizer and still he was in a great service. Thank you very much Mr. Thai. Next time, I will review my new machine MXL-15. Till then… Emma S.

Since we installed our MXL5 back in 2015 our family has enjoyed all the benefits from switching. The customer service has been outstanding over the years. We will continue to reccomend life ionizers to all of our friends and family!!

We have had the M11 Life Ionizer unit for the past fours years and have no problems with it. We have been so happy that we have purchased it. With all the bad water it makes you feel safe. Yet it saves you money by not having to buy water.

The machine works great even after 3 years of use, and the water tastes amazing. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is the amount of time it takes to receive an order (usually around 3 months).

My family has used life Inoizer since 2013 because they make quality products for an affordable price, coupled with their excellent customer service. I highly recommend them

Would recommend to anyone.
