We are much less worried since we got my Mother the Lifefone. She wears the necklace all the time, both at home and when she goes out. The couple of times she has needed help they got the ambulance to her quickly and the operators kept us updated on whats was going on. Everyone has been great and VERY patient with my Mom. I recommend Lifefone to all of our friends who are concerned about their parents.

This company makes me feel safe. There was a time that I needed a new necklace do to losing mine, and they made sure to ship one to me ASAP so that I wouldn't go without being covered. I also love the fact of being able to call and speak to with a live agent at any time be it day or night and even weekends!

I'm fully satisfied with my choice of LifeFone for my mom. The staff are kind and dependable. The base's range let's my mom be out in her garden and still be able to call or have a fall detected, and the cellular device gives us all the peace of mind in knowing that she can push her pendant button if needed when she's out on errands. Their package is a great choice for the parent who is rather mobile but still at risk for falls. My mother is totally satisfied, too, and thinks the call center staff are really on the ball.
