Lifefone has delivered excellent service during setup and since. I have the system for over 2 years and have never had an issue with them. I needed help twice and I pushed the button and had help very quickly and with compassion. I would recommend this company to anyone who could possibly need help with a lift assist or a trip to a hospital.

My mom used her lifefone pendant and immediately got a response. She told the call center she was in distress. They dispatched and ambulance to her home then proceeded to call the family. Unfortunately each member couldn’t be spoken with directly and a message was left. The ambulance arrived open her door using the key lock door box assisted her and took her to the hospital. She was OK due to their quick action. My only “complaint “ is the call showed on my phone as central station, not lifefone. I was on my way into a meeting and did not answer. Wishing it said Lifefone I would have answered immediately as would have my brother. Regardless my mom is fine due to Lifefone’s quick response. Thank you

The LifeFone was great. During an emergency I didn't have to call the family members because they were notified from the moment that button was pushed until the ambulance got to the hospital. It was also great that they were able to call the ambulance while I kept my grandmother calm and gathered the necessary things for a trip to the hospital. The only reason why we cancelled the plan was because my grandmother passed away and it was no longer needed.

I’m 89 years old and live alone. In October, I fell on my back deck and couldn’t get up. Fortunately I had my LifeFone around my neck and pressed my button and told the operator to call my daughter and quickly received help from a friend who lived close by. I wear mine whenever I’m alone and feel confident that I can get help if and when I may need it. Best decision to get LifeFone when I did.

The lifefone button we had was great the only reason we canceled is because my gram got one paid for through insurance. The app was great for me the caregiver can see when the battery low when the button was pushed a GPS tracker. The auto fall detection was good just my gram dropped it sometimes and it would call but that's what it's for. I would definitely recommend this service

My mom's LifeFone worked as advertised. She had a fall and she was able to get immediate assistance. The paramedics were dispatched to her location and arrived within minutes.

Thankful my mom was able to push the button after falling off the edge of her bed . They called immediately, she pushed it 4 times and the company called dispatch and all family members. They were able to get mom out of the house and to the ER with efficiency.

Excellent service - my mother had this unit for a few years and LifeFone was very helpful when she fell and needed assistance. Our family was grateful for the response and the service.
