I've had a few emergencies and the response from Lifefone was immediate. LifeFone will not only notify an abulance service of the emergency but will also notify a friend or family member you've designated as an emergency contact. One less thing I needed to worry about. The ambulance service is another story. I take my GPS in my purse in case of an emergency. Pressing the button alerts LifeFone to respond where ever you are within a certain radius. The necklace alert is very a sensitive item and if you hit or bang it just slightly, LifeFone will respond is your main system asking you if your okay or need emergency help. I definitely feel secure knowing I have LifeFone.

Have been there when I needed them.

Every time I have set my button off accidentally, IU have received a prompt call.

Although I have not needed their services,(yet) they are responsive when I test it. I feel better knowing they are there.

My 91 year old mother-in-law has had to rely on LifeFone two times after having fallen and we could not be more pleased with the dependable service. I should also mention, there have been a couple of non-emergency calls she made but they were so kind and understanding. We highly recommend LifeFone, and, we already have!
