The check in call is always pleasant…
The check in call is always pleasant and prompt. Mom has set it off many times by accident, so the call has minimized unnecessary visits from emergency personnel. The callers are always calm and appropriate. Not judgemental for accidental pushing of the button.

My 96 yr old aunt appreciates the…
My 96 yr old aunt appreciates the kindness of operators. They listened to her and called numbers she asked at least twice before answered. Caller ID could have been better because it showed a number from Utah not lifelong so didn't answer on first call.

Customer service has been great
Customer service has been great. The few times I have needed to call about something, they walked through the problem with me to solve it. They even encouraged me to call back a few hours later, while they were still on duty to make sure that everything worked.

We got a Lifefone for a 95 year old…
We got a Lifefone for a 95 year old friend. Within the first 10 days she used it multiple times. The response time was great and communication was clear. We had to return it after 2 weeks as she was hospitalized and moved to a home. Ordering and returning was easy and phone calls were answered and helpful. I would definitely recommend the company and product.

Invaluable
I was alerted twice during the first month with LifeFone. Both times, my mom needed paramedics. She was short of breath and activated the system independently the first time. The second time, LifeFone detected a fall. What a relief to have them on board!

Great response time!
I’ve been using this Product for over five years now. My mom is 93 years old and lives in her home. It gives my mom and us peace of mind. They do a great job. I highly recommend their service.

We bought this for my grandmother…
We bought this for my grandmother because she had fallen and was living alone at the time. Because of this, she was able to be for a bit. She's now with us and still wears it for safety. She's 97 years old. The only thing I would say is a negative would be the weight of it. Other than that, she's fine with wearing it.
