Got one for my mother-in-law about 4…
Got one for my mother-in-law about 4 years ago and one for my husband 2 years ago. Customer service is very good. People are always very friendly. replaced the wrist button twice when it broke with no problems. I like the fact that they call to remind us to do the monthly test when we forget.

Love this service
Love this service! Customers are first and foremost. Got this for my elderly parents and they have used it only twice but it was invaluable. Highly recommend this service.

Wrist band quality is not the greatest…
Wrist band quality is not the greatest but other wise we are very pleased. Also nice to not depend on having a landline.

After my 89 year old mom fell and…
After my 89 year old mom fell and cracked her shoulder a few years ago, it became obvious that she would need a monitoring system of some kind. If she had hit her head and not her shoulder, a bad situation would have been catastrophic. My mom is otherwise very independent and LifeFone allows her to continue that lifestyle. We looked at many choices and are glad we chose and continue to use LifeFone. The peace of mind is well worth the cost. The set-up is easy and the customer service is prompt and first rate. The house key lock-box is a great bonus. Thank you LifeFone.

Great Company
These people are terrific ... they really show empathy and compassion. Their system is excellent; their response time is great. I have recommended them to several of my friends. I have only had to use them twice, and I hope I don’t have to use them again, but they really helped me out !!

Never had to use it for an emergency but gave us peace of mind for our mom. Have recommended to others.
