Have had the serve for a long time. It would be nice if company rewarded long time subscribers, I.e. a free month, discounts, etc

We have had no troubles this plan.

I needed to use my LifeFone in an emergency just one time in my 2 years of having this service. When I pushed my alert button it was answered immediately and help was on the way quickly. I would recommend this service to everyone that lives alone after a certain age.

I have been using LifeFone for 7 years and would rate them a ten if you gave me the opportunity. I am a disabled senior living alone and my continued independence is reliant on the service LifeFone provides me. I use the daily call in service so my family can rest comfortably knowing that, even though I live 3,000 miles from them, I am safe. Over the years, there have been a few incidents resulting in the call of an ambulance. But, I am still here and calling in every morning. Thank you LifeFone. I would particularly like to thank Brenda, Anna, Shirley and Ricky for their kind and professional attention each morning. You help start my day knowing that I'm in good hands and that my family can love me without worry.

Have not had to use for medical emergency but people have been prompt (under 1 minute) when doing monthly equipment check.And very pleasant

We have this system for my mom, Whois now 86 years old and still lives alone. Thankfully she hasn’t had to use it often but when she has used it the service has been great. She gets reminders to test the system occasionally which I love. We have had the system now for almost 3 years and it has been great.
