Great job helping me get everything set up.

When the "face" of my watch was falling out of the encasing, I called my rep. who switched me to the "response team". I was assured that I would get another face within a few days, which did occur. My followup call to reconnect with the Help line was efficiently answered and we worked together to reconnect for future responses. I'm completely satisfied.

Efficient reliable

Response is great, peace of mind. This makes it possible for me to leave the house. Couldn't function without it. We ordered both the pendant version and the watch. The watch alert button is terrible. The button falls out of the cheap rubber watch band all the time. I've sent one back and now the replacement one is starting to fall apart. You need a better design. He can't wear the necklace button when lying down to take a nap because he sets it off when it ends up under him. Help? UPDATE: They responded IMMEDIATELY to my concern, sent me a different system at the same price with a watch that doesn't come apart. Unbelievable customer service! Love a company that cares.

I feel safe knowing I have a lifeline in case something happens to me.
