Great service and quick response time
They answer quickly and send for help. They also let you know when batteries are low on the button unit or main unit. They encourage testing on a regular basis. They have responded to both accidental calls and necessary calls where my mom needed help getting up or needed an ambulance. They provide a great service!

Very responsive
Very responsive. They keep in touch until issue resolved. My mom used the alert many times and always felt more secure knowing help was near.

LifeFone Is My Constant Companion
Thank God for LifeFone!! I have been with LifeFone for over 4 years. I ALWAYS wear my LifeFone penate, yes, especially in the shower. It has “saved” me many times. I live by myself and at times I loose my balance and fall. I just push the button on the LifeFone penate and an “ angel” answers , calls me by name and I tell them I fell or whatever help I may need . Within a short time help arrives and if I need medical attention they lockup my door and bring to the emergency room . Thank God , most of the time I just need help getting up . LifeFone not only makes me feel safe, it gives my children peace of mind that I am able to summon help in seconds.

Works hard on correcting any mistakes!
I have been with them for over 3 years. When we had a problem with them contacting us after our mother needed to go to the ER, they were very intent on correcting it and making sure that the confusion that caused it was cleared up. This product is so helpful to alleviate any worries about making sure the priority of getting our mother to the ER is taken care of. That is their top priority!
