Mom never wanted to leave her home, she able to live there with the help of LifeFone & good neighbors! Mom had LifeFone for years, and had a couple of incidents. It was comforting to know the fire dept was just minutes away! Mom had her equipment replaced 1or 2 times, the re-set-up was easy. We felt reassured with the occasional check ins and battery checks from LifeFone! In the end mom was in a rehab for a shot time. I dreaded telling her she could no longer live at home, however that was a conversation we did not need to have 😔. With LifeFone she got her wish to live at home until she passed.

What a wonderful experience to be far from my phone and yet reach an ambulance and have you call my daughter when I needed help last week. You are also so kind when I lean into my washer and set off the alarm accidentally. Many thanks. Lynn

I did not have the service long because my father returned to an assisted living facility. The customer service agents and the correspondence with the company is excellent

When my husband fell outside on the icy driveway and LifeFone could not get ahold of me they took the necessary steps to contact my daughter then contacted the ambulance/fire department. Good to know they were on the ball!!! Much appreciated the extra steps. Husband was fine - did not need to go to hospital.

Saved my life more than once! Respond quickly & EMS arrives fast. Phone personnel are always courteous!

A great service

My 92 year old mom had LifeFone for many years until she could no longer stay by herself. It was such a great help to her family knowing that should there be an emergency we would be notified immediately and that help would be dispatched quickly. The agents were always friendly and considerate and always willing to be as helpful as possible!
