LifeFone saved my 93 year old mother's life. I know this to be true. Thank God she was wearing her pendant when she somehow fell from the top of the basement stairs to the bottom hitting her head on the concrete wall at the bottom of the stairs. The technology that the pendant has to detect falling alerted the paramedics to come to her home even though she could not answer them. Luckily, my mother's good neighbors saw them arrive and helped them to get into her house as she lived alone and they had a key to her door. Her neighbor told me there was blood everywhere. She had cracked her head open and broke ribs and her sternum. I know she would have bled to death had the pendant alert not gone off. She is now recovering in a nursing home. It is slow going, but God willing she will be able to live out the rest of her life in assisted living once she has healed up enough to walk and do most things again for herself. She was a very stubborn, independent lady who would not leave her home. Now she found out the hard way that she will be much safer in an assisted living environment. Thank you LifeFone for saving my mother's life.

LifeFone is THE BEST From the start of getting this service for my grandmother to cancelling it now that she has full time care, I have been beyond satisfied all the way through. The products they provide are dependable. My grandmother could hear very well through the speaker, and the service was reliable going through our local cell provider. I really appreciate most their fantastic customer service. My grandmother did use the emergency services during her subscription to LifeFone, and we were beyond satisfied that the ambulance made it so quickly after being notified right away. We are so grateful for the peace of mind we got with our subscription to LIfeFone and would recommend to anyone who has loved ones who may need to call for help with just the click of a button (or even less with the fall sensor). The GPS enabled Fall pendant was comforting to the family for the month or so that our Mom was well enough to be alone in the house. Later we needed to be present around the clock. The service, product and especially the people were all exceptional. They promptly credited the unused portion of the three months we paid. I would recommend LifeFone to anyone needing such a service.

I found LifeFone very reliable with staff answering calls from my pendant fairly quickly. It's great call staff are in the U.S. I wish the pendants were more attractive for women, but I received mine in 2016 so maybe they've improved now.

Our family wants to thank LifeFone for years of excellent service to my elderly father. From day one, he received attentive, caring service from all customer service reps and supervisors. LifeFone answered every "false alarm" unintentionally sent to them by my father and patiently checked each one. The family members who were designated contact persons were called and treated respectfully. Equipment was continuously checked for adequate battery life and replaced when necessary. We would recommend LifeFone without hesitation

I can not tell you how many times LifeFone saved my mom's life. Mom had low blood sugar multiple times (5-6) and was able to hit the button to get an ambulance to her to help her. My dad who lived with her has dementia and couldn't always use a phone but they practiced pushing this button and he was also able to use it to call for help a couple of times. Mom fell, and when dad couldn't help her they pushed the button again. It was the best purchase we ever made and I would highly recommend the service. It was also nice to get the emails/text message of when the battery was low so I could remind my mom that it needed to be charged up. Thank You LifeFone!!
