We as a family of caregivers for our soon to be 98 year old mother has been nothing but pleased about LifeFones exemplary service. My mother has always been animate about staying in her home due to experience of working at a long term facility for years. With LifeFone we and her were able to establish that with part time help. On several occasions she tripped the alarm accidentally and it seemed like the entire EMT and rescue staff were at her front door within minutes! That gave us great reassurance of LifeFones excellent service and with that i’d like to commend Princeton, WV Police, Rescue EMT’s, and PCH hospital for they’re professionalism and kindness. Especially the two (2) times that she did fall and hurt herself, once quite painfully that required hospitalization and she used LifeFone! She is now suffering from dementia and does not comprehend what her LifeFone is for and we have found it laying in multiple places throughout her home. We are still letting her remain in her home, but now providing more care and other measures. I just want to thank you for the many years you have given me, my wife and siblings the peace of mind that let us have trust of leaving her alone for short whiles. good response time pleasant people

My mother was always comforted by the voice who answered and called her by name. Luckily she never had to use it in an emergency but faithfully tested it montly. In what we thought was above average service was when doing some electrical work the breaker for this outlet was tripped several times. The company saw this as an anomaly and called to check that everything was ok.

We’ve had LifeFone for a long time for our mom who lives alone. She’s been very conscientious about wearing the pendant but never had reason to use it until last month. She fell late one evening and broke her shoulder so she obviously couldn’t get off the floor to reach a phone. Despite some memory issues, she remembered to push her button & paramedics were with her very quickly. Without that button, she would most likely have been on the floor until morning when we called to check in! We also want to acknowledge every person at LifeFone that we’ve ever spoken to on the phone. They are so kind, caring, helpful every single time we’ve called for any reason. THANK YOU!!!
