I am very satisfied, but since I've been lucky not to have had an emergency situation, I cannot comment on how efficient LifeFone would have been in an actual emergency.

My only annoyance was when they called after I was sitting up moving around and the pendulum was swinging across my body, they thought I had fallen, but no.

Necklace monitor is a bit too sensitive and goes off when parents sit down or get up from table. Wrist monitor is better but will not sense a fall if she is unable to push the button herself. Overall, though, this is a good product.

Keep up the good work. No complaints so far.

My device has a fall detection which is working ok. I have fallen 3 times and it did not detect a fall. My daughter called to question this and she was told that it detects a fall when the device hits the floor. When I've fallen, the device didn't touch the floor. There have been several times when it has detected a fall and I've been sitting in my chair, or standing. We haven't received an clear explanation as to why this is happening except that the device is very sensitive.

Glad we got the system. Quick response the times my parents have needed it. Only complaint is that I called and emailed several times to have my father's name and Information removed after he died. It finally was taken care of after a test when the operator asked my Mother if both My Father and She were OK. It upset my Mother to have them ask again about him also. After that the operator must have taken care of it immediately which was appreciated but long overdue. Other than that no complaints
