how can there be trust when there has been no order update?
Although I can understand that there was a backorder for the product that I ordered, I have had no updates, but my money is gone, so where should I trust if you are not going to update on the status of an order?

Customer Service is Second to None
I've been taking Life Extension Mix for years so, I've been a customer that has dealt with their customer service on occasions. I stick with them because, in my opinion, they have the best support of any business out there when problems need resolving. My recent dealings came from reluctantly having to return four bottles of their Super R-Lipoic Acid due to r-lipoic acid (from another brand) was actually making the numbness in my feet worse according to my doctor and that I needed to stop taking it. Anyway, their customer service representative was kind, helpful, and made the return very easy. If customer support from a company is important to you then, it is hard to beat Life Extension.
