Great product. Fast service.

They have a program that you pay for that auto-renews on a yearly basis. However, they do not send you an email alerting you that you will be auto-renewing soon. They tell you that they send this email, but they do not. I did a very thorough search through my email folders (including SPAM) and it was not there. it is also incredibly difficult to cancel your account. you have to call them and then submit a form under their "Privacy" section. And then they get back to you and you may have to prove your identity. By the way, none of this is under your account tab and is not listed in your "account options". I had to call to even find out how I could cancel my account. I would not have been able to figure out that I needed to go through "Privacy" (a small tab at the bottom of the landing page) in order to cancel my account. Any company that makes it this difficult to close an account is suspect. I still don't know if my account is closed or not. I want to say that the customer service person I spoke with was very nice, and of course it isn't her fault that it's set up this way. She had to put me on a hold to find out how to cancel the account as well. Not to be trusted.

Even though our health food store has a lot of products they have a limited supply of Life Extension, and it is at a higher cost. I have been ordering Life Extension items for several years. They always arrive quickly, and save me time driving. The products are safe and effective. I hope this company continues, as it is hard to find trustworthy companies these days!

I know when I order from Life Extension that I am getting a standardized product without the fillers from other products on the market. Fast shipping, and easy to deal with. Also love their magazine, so much great information!

I had ordered Milk Thistle and when it came, it was delivered in a hot mailbox when the temperature was 100 degrees. The product had melted together and when I discovered it was not salvageable, I contacted customer service to see what they can do. Without any hesitation, the customer service representative was very quick to replace the item and even had it FedEx. I received the replacement in two days. This was exceptional service and I was extremely satisfied.
