For the following reasons: I (Medical background) for one have spent numerous years researching different herbs/supplements due to family health issues and wanting to avoid Western medications at all cost so I greatly appreciate their 1) Transparency of their products. 2) Through, unbiased, precise, relevant research. 3) Their commitment to their customers by offering their “Wellness personnel” to speak with in regards up your personal issues. I enjoy being able to speak with their “Upper level” which consists of MD’s, FM, etc which have a greater knowledge base I can relate to. 4) Customer Service is HUMAN and always courteous, patient and helpful! I just wish they would expand their vegetarian line for those of us with AG.

You have some great products. I also know you must make sales and stay in business. I wish you would reduce the marketing after I decide what I am going to purchase. I usually purchase items that my medical professionals have recommended products.

I never leave reviews. But in this case i just had no choice. I made a mistake in the evening on a SUNDAY and it was resolved by the customer service on the phone in minutes. I have never seen such competence and speed. I am not sure you can find such a impeccable customer service these days anywhere else.

Normally I'm pretty pleased with LE and tend to buy right from their site. Some of their own products are really good. I'd rather support them directly vs via amazon. i really like the 'spend $50 and get a year's membership with free shipping"... BUT this last order took FOREVER for them to ship out. normally it's out the door in a day or two but this took well over a week. Disappointing.

I choose to check out as guest and chose paypal as a method of payment and yet i could not complete the transactions before i entered my full name, address, and phone number and email address. Why? the purpose of checking out as guest that we dont have to provide all these information especially when using paypal which has all that information and when is selected paypal provides the shipping information to the vendor. I have used paypal many times and when i choose it then i dont have to fill out shipping address form and personal information. So why do you force me to do so when in choose paypal?
