Extremely Disappointed with Customer Service – No Resolution Provided
I placed an order with Life Extension and was charged for products that I never received. After noticing the issue, I contacted their customer support via email. On October 8th at 1:00 PM, I received a reply stating that my case (number 11532923) was being handled with the utmost attention. However, as of today — several days later — I have not received any further communication, update, or resolution. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of responsiveness and the apparent disregard for customer concerns. I trusted Life Extension for their reputation in wellness and customer care, but this experience has left me frustrated and disheartened. I sincerely hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their support process, especially when it comes to resolving payment and delivery issues.
