Caps
Vitamins, etc. are great. Some caps are sealed shut & very difficult * time consuming to get opened.

Expect 2-3 week postage
Yet to try products because it’s taken the Amsterdam team 11 days to even dispatch the items to my address in UK. On querying this, I was told there’d been a bank holiday which had delayed things! Now i’m awaiting UPS delivery which I can expect to be a further 7 days! Customer service were unapologetic and curt.

Frustration with new Lab location
We have been purchasing the lab tests for years and this time the lab location is an hour drive OW and no weekend options 🙃 Sooo frustrating

In the ads it did not say anything…
In the ads it did not say anything about not taking it if you have a liver disease. I was hoping it would help me.. When I received it, I ask my liver doctor and she said it could harm my liver even more. I looked it up on the internet, and everything I saw said it was harmful to the liver if you had a bad liver. I called your company, and she is suppose to refund me my money for the 3 bottles, and I mailed it back UPS yesterday. You need to advise people on this while advertising it. Thank you.
