It's always a pleasure when I need to contact customer service. Whether by phone or email they have always been courteous, efficient and accommodating. It would be more convenient at times if I could take care of my subscription on the website. I use the All in one Skin Treatment and get compliments on my skin and disbelief I am as old as I am all the time.

Had the best help from Zoey from LifeCell. I just received a damaged item in the mail and was able to contact her through customer service immediately because she had previously sent me a text with my order letting me know she could help if necessary. Well, I sent her a text and she let me know that a new item was on the way. Superior customer service!

Just got off call with Chantelle to switch cc used. Customer service has always been excellent. Been thinking several times to quit Life cell as pricing is not cheap but, I love the product right from the start and simply can't quit. Been using product for several years now.
