10/8/2026 UPDATE: I am updating this review as LifeCell has reached out, took my feedback and after some back and forth, they agreed to issue me a refund. Their issue seems to be unavailability of a system for online account mgmt, and not unethical business purposes, as I thought in the beginning. I hope they find a way to provide their customers with a way to manage their account and subscription online. ORIGINAL REVIEW 9/7/2026 Their business model relies on ways of deceiving their customers, instead of the quality of their product. When you buy, they sign you up for a subscription. However, they provide no way for you to see your subscription and cancel if you need to. There is no online account you can log in and see what you've been charged with. Further, they don't provide any email/text reminders that the next order from your subscription is about to be billed and shipped out, yet they send out daily (!) marketing emails. When I confronted them with these problems, they said that all this information is listed in the order confirmation page, so therefore they are covered and they don't need to provide it anywhere else. This is of course all done deliberately and intentionally, so they can charge their customers as many follow-up subscription orders as they can, before the customer realizes that they are on a subscription. And then they make is as difficult to cancel your subscription as possible. This is their standard business model.

The customer service is great and they are very flexible. I can set the recurring shipments to any frequency. I have been using the All-in-One Cream for many years and I am very happy with it. I have recently started using it on the back of my hands as well and the skin on my hands perked right up.

I absolutely love the All In One Anti-Aging cream. It works as it claims and saves me a lot of time in the mornings. Also, I subscribed to receive it every 60 days but needed to change it to every. 90 days. It was the easiest, fastest call, I talked a very nice human customer service rep; she took care of it in 30 seconds. They gained a customer for life.
