Hi Arnold, I am very sorry to hear that you had a poor experience with your recent order. Your reorder processed on Friday, July 3, but our facility was closed over the holiday weekend so our team could enjoy the time off. When you called today, we explained that the package was leaving our facility this afternoon, fast-tracked it via expedited FedEx 2-day delivery, and emailed over your tracking information. You mentioned that this timeline was not good enough and indicated that you would be leaving a negative review. We have also sent you a separate email asking if you would like your cream subscription to remain active. We value your business and hope to find a positive way forward.
