Bought the Bluetooth speakers during the BOGO event. The sound is great and pairing is easy. One good thing I like is that it's light and pretty and you can hang it anywhere. I have 1 in my kitchen hanging to the cupboard knobs one in my room hanging on the lamp, saves space and wouldn't get dusty compared to the ones placed on the floor.

Website says that you can do exchanges but when contacted about an exchange I was told "Lifease does not support the replacement of products of different specifications, replacement only supports products of the same specification." which is pretty much a replacement for the same item. Not sure what other items would have the same dimensions. Specifically, as it pertains to one of their suitcases, even though this one is noted as a 20" its dpeth does not meet carry on standards.

Hi James, This luggage suitcase is actually produced by a very well-known luggage brand's factory in Asia, so it would be able to meet carry-on standards for most major airlines; however, we have also noticed that some of the budget airlines in the U.S. would limit the use of this luggage, for which we have notified the factory and will make improvements on the product very soon. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, Lifease

edited original review because they finally gave me a refund.. I wanted a new product in my size but I’ll take what I can get... I would still be careful because it took multiple Emails to get that- They told me to give it to my friends or relatives! - I think that’s kinda nuts!! It just gets me because on the page with the item it says right on the same page no hassle returns... and I got hassles. It’s very misleading to have that on the order page then something else in fine print.

Hi Stephanie, Our record shows you have been fully refunded for your product. FYI: the product category of your purchase is underwear, which is not usually for free return and exchanges.
