Return or exchange policy is difficult and some luggage are not actually carry on dimensions
Website says that you can do exchanges but when contacted about an exchange I was told "Lifease does not support the replacement of products of different specifications, replacement only supports products of the same specification." which is pretty much a replacement for the same item. Not sure what other items would have the same dimensions. Specifically, as it pertains to one of their suitcases, even though this one is noted as a 20" its dpeth does not meet carry on standards.

Hi James, This luggage suitcase is actually produced by a very well-known luggage brand's factory in Asia, so it would be able to meet carry-on standards for most major airlines; however, we have also noticed that some of the budget airlines in the U.S. would limit the use of this luggage, for which we have notified the factory and will make improvements on the product very soon. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, Lifease
