Great Customer Care
Over the last several years, I’ve found LHS to be great at communicating and easily accessible both online and via telephone. My questions are always answered with care. I’ve had two memberships, with a hiatus while overseas. I returned to LHS as their service and cost are exactly what I require.

I am so impressed with Theresa
I am so impressed with Theresa, a representative working in the billing department of Liberty HealthShare. I have been a member for six years. Despite the confusion and processing delays caused by credit card fraud, she patiently and expertly guided me to what I needed to do to document my past medical payments so that she could explain my unique situation and my past payments could be added to my deductible amount. What a Godsend she is! In times like this, when companies need to back their promises to cover expenses after having been paid thousands of dollars in premiums, she promised to get back to me and hopefully she and her company will instill in me the continued faith in this organization to honor the reimbursements I should be paid!

Love Works
When submitting my first shareable expense, I was getting some push back from my doctor's billing department. Loris at Liberty HealthShare called the billing department at my doctor's office, with me on the line, and, because she was so nice, they gave her the information that I needed to submit the expense.

I’ve been a member with Liberty…
I’ve been a member with Liberty HealthShare for 11+ years. They offer very competitive rates for wide range of benefits and their customer support, is 2nd to none . Very satisfied and happy client/ customer

We are a Christian membership-based, non-profit organization where we help facilitate the voluntary sharing between members to pay each other’s medical costs. Much Appreciated Customer Service
Great customer service- clear, articulate and actionable in working with myself and my medical provider to solve a billing issue I ran into. I appreciate the willingness to provide support to find a resolution!
